Procurement Manager

We are looking for a well-qualified candidate to fill the position of Procurement Manager for our cement manufacturing company located in Harleyville, SC . This is a highly visible position critical to the ongoing success of our business.
POSITION SUMMARY
Direct responsibility for all procurement and warehouse activities of the cement plant, according to the company's policies, procedures and safety guidelines. This positions does supervise staff as well as manage the procurement function.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Plan, organize, direct, manage and evaluate all procurement and warehousing activities at the cement plant. Be responsible for the department's budget, assure effective communication of the procurement policies and procedures with internal and external customers, manage supplier relationships in a way that promotes the positive image of the company to the community and recommend opportunities for operational excellence.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

At least eight (8) years working experience in heavy industry is required. Experience in the construction and especially in the cement industry is preferred.
High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management or relating field is required. Master's degree is preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
